(That comb is 7 inches long)
I cut and donated 12 inches of my hair last week. I will post pictures of how cute it really is if I ever get around to taking a picture of it!

The Elliot Baby hat!
Here is a little hat for the little ones in your life! It's very easy, very warm and a very quick knit. Enjoy!
This hat knits up to an infant size 0-9 month, with a rolled brim that may be unrolled as baby gets older., (and may even fit longer!)
you need:
size 13 straights
super bulky yarn, (I had enough yarn to make two of these hats using one skein of lion brand hometown usa)
scissors
Darning needle
*repeat through entire row*

You know have 3 stitches left, so break your yarn leaving enough to sew the seam down the side. Stitch through the three stitches and sew hat closed. Make a pom and sew it to the top. Find an adorable baby and let them wear it or chew on it!

For the love of kale!
well, and muffins!
I'm seriously lovin it! It's so yummy. And I put cheese on everything. It's only icing on the cake... er kale!
I cook it up with olive oil and basil and I think the secret is to let it get a little crispy with the lid ON! It's sooooo good!

Mushrooms!
I love mushrooms. They are delicious and I put them on everything. I think this spring I am going to learn how to hunt them. I will update on this subject when it gets nice out.

To Grandmother's house we go!
I love my mom's house. We go there often, sometimes too often. Here are some of the corners of her home. I find it charming.

These slippers were made for Elliot for Valentine's Day. I just love her and love her wearing these! I think I need to make a pair in every color!
