For the love of quiche!

I have only had quiche one other time in my life. Since we recently bought a ton of eggs, I needed something yummy to make that needed a whole lot of them. This post gave me just enough inspiration to make some quiche for the first time. (I was a little intimidated!)

The quiche was a success. It was delicious and warm and has already been eaten up. I ended up making spinach, ham and mushroom. I will make it again soon! I used the better homes and gardens cook book.
